Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers is pleased to have Nathaniel Phillips join the team. Believing that his experience with a big team like Liverpool will definitely help the team.

The 6-foot-3-inch tall center joins the “White-Green Zebras” team on a short-term loan contract until January. After receiving interest from both Feyenoord and Leeds United. But in the end it was Celtic who came to join the team and Rodgers was very pleased with Phillips’ arrival.

“We are delighted to have Nate join Celtic and we look forward to working with him.” Rodgers said. “This is clearly a position we need to consider in the short term. Because we often have injured players. Therefore, we are happy that Nat has come to strengthen the defensive game for the team.”

“Nat arrives with experience playing for a big club like Liverpool and that experience will be of benefit to him here at Celtic. I know he is pleased with the move and looks forward to it. Join the rest of the team here.”UFABET

For Phillips, he is the 8th player that Brendan Rodgers has brought to join the team this summer after Odin Thiago Holm, Marco Tilio, Kwon Hyuk, Yang Hyun-Jun, Mait Navrocki, Gustave Lagerbilke and Luis Palma.
